A new ski jacket must fulfill and avalanche of expectations. It’s outer shell must keep you dry and warm, while paradoxically offering ventilation when you’re working hard.  It should be easy to zip in and out of yet sport a high collar to cover your face from the blistering wind. But let’s be honest—bottom line—it needs to look good…
